Who is responsible for your information?
Studio Bea Sophia is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, requests or concerns, email studiobeasophia@gmail.com.
What information do we collect?
If you use the project enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including:
- your name and email address;
- company or project name;
- your project description;
- the budget range and timeline you select.
To protect the public form and checkout endpoints from automated abuse, the site also creates a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint from limited request information and uses it only to enforce short-window rate limits. The raw IP address is not stored in that Studio Bea Sophia rate-limit record. Old rate-limit records are periodically deleted. Hosting and platform providers may separately process ordinary technical request, device or session information needed to deliver and secure their services.
What happens to an enquiry?
The website validates the form and sends the enquiry to the Studio Bea Sophia business inbox using a connected Gmail service. The sender email is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly. The form is not used to build advertising profiles.
Why do we use this information?
We use enquiry information to:
- reply to you;
- understand and scope the project you asked about;
- prepare a quote or proposal;
- take steps you request before entering into a contract;
- operate, secure and improve the website;
- keep records where reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.
Legal bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, processing may be based on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and running the studio, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Who receives the information?
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers required to run the site and deliver messages, including Base44 infrastructure and Google/Gmail. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards that apply to their services.
How long is it kept?
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, decide whether a project will proceed and maintain appropriate business records. If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant records may be retained for longer where required for contractual, accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and in some cases to receive a portable copy. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to action a request.
Marketing
Submitting the project form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Studio Bea Sophia does not currently run marketing pixels or behavioural advertising scripts on this public website.
